The initial assessment starts before you arrive to help us to understand your lifestyle, diet, preferences and areas of concern in order to create an approach that resonates with your body and your busy life. We will analyze what your profile tells us about you, in order to develop a body specific, result oriented personalized protocol for you.


Peak Health will evaluate your body using our unique data based body assessment to understand one’s hormone, functional and metabolic profile. Research shows there is a correlation between wellness and hormone imbalances. Our Method addresses these imbalances to help find harmony in the body and eventually improve metabolism and digestion, absorption of nutrients, ultimately leading to weight loss, fat burning and ability to keep weight off the body.  We design a body specific lifestyle, nutrition, fitness and supplement regime to crack your unique code for success and long lasting results. 

You will be given a schedule at the start of the week, which will include a mix of one to one and group training, meetings with our advisors (nutrition, training, physio, etc), and personal wellness activities. At the end of the retreat you will leave with a 6 Week personalized Programme that includes solutions, tools and resources in the Peak Health Lifestyle Quadrant in order to continue getting results and sustain your transformation.


Start your morning with a personalized smoothie to energize for your first activity, a targeted strength training session. After your first session, you will have a beautiful and healthy breakfast designed by our nutritionist.  All of our meals are prepared by our award winning chef in The Capra's gourmet restaurant.  After breakfast, you will begin your daily hike around one of Saas-Fee's 13 peaks lead by our mountain guide and Olympic Trainer. The signature Peak Health daily hikes are unique to our Programme and provide many fitness benefits, incorporating steady state cardio and intervals with altitude training. Furthermore, each hike serves as both a moving meditation and an adventure, attracting guests from across the globe. After your hike, you will return to the hotel for a healthy, gourmet lunch on the Terrace.  You will enjoy free time and relaxation time in our Spa after lunch, followed by a one to one wellness consultation and a medical massage to start to down-regulate your system for the day. Your final session will be a recovery workout before dinner in the restaurant followed by a mindfulness workshop and magnesium bath to reduce inflammation and help you get a good night's sleep. 


Arrival and Departure:

Arrivals are on Saturday afternoons after 2pm. On your arrival day, we will have refreshments at check in. You will be given your retreat schedule and the staff will help you settle in for the week. In the evening, we will have a Welcome Reception and Dinner.

Departures will be the following Saturday morning after your final group session and breakfast. Check out is at 12pm on Saturday.
